Every plan (Core $19, Business $29, Team $49, Team+ $69) starts with a 14-day free trial. You need a card to sign up — we don't charge until day 14. Cancel any time during the trial and you won't be billed. Your price then locks in for 3 years (until April 2029) — any change after that comes with 90 days' notice.

Core ($19) — sole traders, core dashboard + unlimited invoices + quotes + BAS estimate. Business ($29) — adds unlimited Aurum AI, PDF invoices with your logo, BAS/GST reports, budget tracking. Team ($49) — adds rostering, timesheets, payroll export, leave, appointment bookings; 5 staff included. Team+ ($69) — 10 staff included, multi-location, industry verticals, API access. All plans locked for 3 years.

The first 100 signups get 50% off for the first 3 months plus a 3-year price lock (until April 2029) and a Founding Member badge on the account. After 100 claimed, the offer closes permanently. If you sign up on annual billing, you get 50% off the first full year instead.

Your data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256, same standard major banks use). We store everything in an Australian Supabase region. Row-level security means no other user can see your data — not even us in aggregate. You can export or delete everything in one click, any time.

Yes. Every plan is monthly — cancel any time from Settings → Subscription, and keep full access until the end of the billing period. One-click account deletion if you want to wipe everything and leave entirely.

Zoven is built for AU sole traders, contractors, freelancers, and teams of any size. Tax estimates use current ATO brackets. BAS/GST calculations follow ATO quarterly periods. Invoices include your ABN automatically. If you're below the $75k GST threshold, the app tells you — it doesn't calculate GST you don't owe.

Yes. Export your transaction history as CSV from any accounting software (MYOB, Xero, QuickBooks, Wave — all support CSV export), drop it into the Import page, and Zoven auto-categorises every row. For invoices, most apps can also export as CSV. Full switch takes about 10 minutes. A one-click migration tool is on the roadmap.

Direct bank auto-sync (CDR / Open Banking) is arriving June 2026 — we're in the final stages of Consumer Data Right accreditation via Basiq and Cuscal. Until then, CSV import works with every AU bank (ANZ, CBA, NAB, Westpac, Macquarie, ING, Bendigo, Up, and more). Download your statement, upload to Zoven, every transaction auto-categorised. Founding Members get bank auto-sync free on day one when it ships.

Four ways. (1) Snap a photo of any receipt via the Daily Log — AI extracts vendor, amount, GST, date. (2) Type a quick note like 'Spent $85 fuel' — AI parses it into a transaction. (3) Voice notes while driving. (4) Forward supplier emails to your Zoven inbox address (rolling out). All methods land in your review queue — approve with one tap, ledger updated.

Yes. Create a quote with line items, email it to the client with a PDF attached plus a public link. The client clicks Accept online — Zoven automatically creates a matching draft invoice for you to send. No more chasing signatures, no more double-entry.

Yes — on Team and Team+ plans. Full rostering with AU award rates, mobile timesheets with clock in/out, leave management, shift swap requests, and payroll export (ABA-ready for your bank, or to Xero/MYOB). STP Phase 2 automated lodgement rolls out with Payday Super July 2026 — in time for the new mandatory compliance window.

Internal appointment management is live today — you can create bookings, manage a calendar, assign staff, track status. A public customer-facing booking page (zoven.au/book/your-business) is on the roadmap and included free with your 3-year price lock when it ships.

Zoven is a progressive web app (PWA). Open the site on your phone, tap 'Add to Home Screen' — it runs full-screen, works offline for viewing, feels native. Optimised for one-handed use with a bottom navigation bar and a fast-capture button. Native iOS/Android apps are on the roadmap but the PWA already does ~95% of what you need on the go.

Zoven is built by John Antony, a Tamil-Australian founder based in Melbourne. ABN 67 154 348 185. Everything built in-house — no offshoring, no data leaving Australia. Every line of code, every support reply, Melbourne-based.
